Project Manager (Tier2-CT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, estimate, and manage project timelines, scope, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams (5+ members) and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and propose solutions
• Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders
• Lead and support team members to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in project management or equivalent roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement definition to system testing.
• Proficient in at least one project management methodology such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proficient in at least one estimation method for software development projects.
• Strong soft skills: communication, reporting, decision-making, documentation.
• Solid experience in WBS creation, project scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.

Nice to have:

• Experience using JIRA for project tracking.
• Certifications: PMP, PSM, PMI-ACP, etc.
• Background in software programming or business analysis.
• Experience managing mobile application development projects
