Project Manager (Tier2.QN)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, estimate, and manage project timelines, scope, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams (5+ members) and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and propose solutions
• Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders
• Lead and support team members to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelora’s degree in a relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination/management (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong understanding of banking/insurance operations
• Solid project management skills (planning, estimation, organization, leadership)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to take initiative
