Project Manager/Claim Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and manage construction projects, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications and project requirements.
• Lead and manage Project Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure site safety and security, and implement relevant site policies and procedures.
• Ensure construction works comply with company policies, government regulations and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Handle site and project-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience .
• At least 3 years of experience managing construction projects of similar size and complexity.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to independently manage projects and lead project teams and subcontractors.
