JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for site management and coordination work
- Liaise with Client/Consultant/Designer/Sub-contractor
- Coordinate all Sub-Contractor/NSC work
- Attend site meeting/site walk
- Monitor work progress on site
- Independent and self motivated
- Possess good communication skill
- Able to lead a project team and ensure accountability ofeach team player
- Able to resolve site issues
- Able to prepare Method Statement, Safe Work Procedure andnecessary plan for project execution
- Project Management/Planning and cost control
- Update the management on site progress
- Keep proper documentation
- Check quality of work on site
- Able to start at short notice
- Able to work night shift
