Tech Lead - HCM

XNO is a quantitative AI technology company building institutional-grade financial infrastructure for professional investors across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We operate at the intersection of systematic trading, AI, and financial data — serving fund managers, trading desks, and wealth professionals with tools they actually depend on for live decisions.

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to own the engineering backbone of our trading and quant platform — systems that run live capital, not side projects. You’ll set the technical bar for latency, reliability, and architecture as we scale across the region.

Responsibilities

•     Build low-latency systems for trading systems, HFT, and MFT strategies

•     Design quant architecture for research, backtesting, and live trading

•     Develop infrastructure for data pipelines, feature engineering, and strategy deployment

•     Optimize latency, reliability, and system performance

•     Work closely with quant researchers and data engineers

Requirements

•     Strong backend/system programming (Python / Rust / Go)

•     Experience with trading systems, HFT, or quant platforms

•     Good understanding of market microstructure and electronic trading

•     Experience with Linux, networking, and high-performance systems
