Challenge customizations that diverge from best practices, to maintain a high degree of standardisation

Group Governance, Alignment & Compliance

Act as a key contributor to Group-level UKG governance forums, focusing on consistency across regions
Collaborate with NAM and EMEA UKG product owners to share configuration patterns, integration approaches and security models

Gather stakeholder feedback to improve processes, user experience and platform utilization

Configuration Baseline Governance

Govern the SGHub UKG configuration baseline
Manage the formal governance process for any SGHub-specific changes: evaluate and approve (or reject) configuration changes, custom reports, or interface adjustments
Ensure any local SGHub enhancements aligns with the Group’s direction for UKG
Maintain clear documentation for SGHub’s configuration and share with internal stakeholder to bolster a collective knowledge base

The ideal candidate has led or significantly contributed to at least one full lifecycle UKG deployment (from requirements through go-live).
