Fullstack QA Engineers

Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated, creative, and proactive QA Engineers to work closely with our Project Managers and development teams to work in a fast-paced environment, including multiple platforms, architectures, and diverse technologies.

Responsibilities

• Interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
• Develop and execute functional tests as well as automated tests in order to deliver a high-quality product.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
• Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in C.S. or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of work experience in development and/or testing roles.
• Must have a technical background and a thorough understanding of software development engineering and methodologies.
• Good experience with different Operating Systems.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
• Must be careful, flexible, independent, and self-motivated.
• Must have experience in working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.
• Must have experience in working with GIT and version control systems.
• Must have automation experience with languages such as Java and Groovy.
• Must have experience with using Java and Groovy with test frameworks such as Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Must have automation experience with tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Cucumber, and Maven.
• Must have experience with front-end development technologies: Angular, ReactJS...
• Must have a strong knowledge of web services (REST API, SOAP UI) using tools like Bruno, RestAssured, Postman, or similar is a plus.
• Must have Database skills with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Understanding of QA practices and principles, including test case creation and management, Defect management, and metrics, etc.
• Having experience with using JavaScript and Typescript, with test frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, and WebdriverIO, is a big plus.
• Experience in white box testing and debugging the following: Web-based application, back-end server testing, scalability, and performance.
• Experience in cloud-based testing environments and CI/CD pipelines, such as AWS is a plus.
• Having experience in testing multi-tenant applications is a plus.
• Having experience in testing message-driven applications is a plus.
• Having experience in testing business rules using Drools or similar rule engines is a plus.
• Having experience in working within distributed teams and managing time zone differences is a plus.
• A Passion for Quality.
• Can do/Can ship attitude.
• English: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Candidates must be Vietnamese.
