Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Quality Management system documentation, monitoring

Improving the effectiveness of the Quality Control system and participating in various quality-related activities to enhance overall product quality.
Job description:
-
Apply and follow the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including the Submission Manual and internal procedures.

Monitor and continuously improve the Quality Control system.
-
Develop and update internal procedures, work instructions, and inspection/control plans.
-
Train new employees on quality control requirements.
-
Handle corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from audits and customer complaints, and ensure they are properly implemented.

Prepare and analyze quality data using SPC and MSA methods.

Prepare 8D reports and use problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Brainstorming) to identify root causes.

Ensure all quality documents and data are accurate and reliable.
-
Take part in certification and authorization audits.

Prepare regular activity reports and suggest process improvements.
Requirement:
-
Technical/Mechanical Engineering Background
-
Experienced in Mechanical/Assembly Quality Control or an equivalent position
-
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (7 QC tools, 5 Core tool, 5-Why, 8D, FMEA,...)
-
Strong knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, GD&T, technical engineering interpretation, and measurement tools.

Fluent in English across all competencies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office.
