Reporting line : - Machining Quality Control Manager

Working schedule:

• 44 hours/week

Job purpose:

• Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Quality Management system documentation, monitoring
• Improving the effectiveness of the Quality Control system and participating in various quality-related activities to enhance overall product quality.

Job description:

• Apply and follow the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including the Submission Manual and internal procedures.
• Monitor and continuously improve the Quality Control system.
• Develop and update internal procedures, work instructions, and inspection/control plans.
• Train new employees on quality control requirements.
• Handle corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from audits and customer complaints, and ensure they are properly implemented.
• Prepare and analyze quality data using SPC and MSA methods.
• Prepare 8D reports and use problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Brainstorming) to identify root causes.
• Ensure all quality documents and data are accurate and reliable.
• Take part in certification and authorization audits.
• Prepare regular activity reports and suggest process improvements.

Requirement:

• Technical/Mechanical Engineering Background
• Experienced in Mechanical/Assembly Quality Control or an equivalent position
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (7 QC tools, 5 Core tool, 5-Why, 8D, FMEA,...)
• Strong knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, GD&T, technical engineering interpretation, and measurement tools.
• Fluent in English across all competencies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Teamwork, organization, and time management.
