JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible in supporting customer reported Intel product quality and technical issues.
- May require interacting with customer directly in certain circumstances.
- Performing technical investigation on customer returns, conducting basic component and system testing, advocating customer concern to internal teams, working with Intel internal teams to determine root cause and corrective action to prevent reoccurrence of problem.
- Compose technical report for issue closure.
- Responsible for establishing support of new product and drive improvement of the customer support process for existing products.
