Role Description

The Quality Assurance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi, responsible for ensuring the robustness, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across aerospace projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and applying state, Ministry of National Defense, and corporate regulations to establish and maintain the QMS in strict compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. The role involves developing comprehensive quality documentation systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals. The Quality Assurance Engineer will also organize and conduct internal and certification audits, participate in supplier evaluations, and closely monitor and follow up with cross-functional departments to ensure effective corrective actions for any system non-conformities.

Qualifications

• System Implementation & Maintenance: Strong foundation in Quality Management Systems (QMS), with hands-on experience in establishing, maintaining, and improving ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Quality Documentation: Proven ability in developing and standardizing quality documentation systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
• Auditing Experience: Experience in organizing and conducting internal audits, certification audits, and participating in supplier evaluations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate system non-conformities, monitor corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other high-reliability domains is a strong advantage.
