We are seeking highly skilled Quality Control (QC) Engineers to join our cutting-edge security & AI company. The ideal candidates will have a strong focus on automation and leveraging AI tools to ensure the highest quality of our products and services. You will play a critical role in maintaining our standards and driving continuous improvement.

⏺ Range: $1,000 - $2,500 Gross

🏢  Work Location & Hours:

📍 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (112 Ly Chinh Thang, Xuan Hoa Wards) – On-site only (full time at the office, no hybrid & no remote)

📍 Onsite (Dubai) – Only for core & high performance with extremely high benefits

⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday

🛠  Required Skills & Tech Stacks:

⏺ Automation Frameworks: Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Rest Assured, Okhttp, etc.

⏺ API & Performance Testing: Postman, Rest Assured, JMeter, k6

⏺ Scripting Languages: Python, Java, or similar for automation

⏺ CI/CD & Version Control: GitLab, Jenkins, Git

⏺ Defect Tracking: Bug tracking systems and defect management

⏺ AI/ML Tools: Understanding, exposure, and practical experience with AI-based testing tools

🧠  We’re Looking For:

⏺ 5+ years of experience in Quality Control/QA (with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role)

⏺ Strong domain knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA best practices (manual & automation)

⏺ Ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and comprehensive test plans

⏺ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

⏺ Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration

⏺ Ability to mentor and guide team members

📋  Responsibilities:

⏺ Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control processes, focusing on test automation and scalability.

⏺ Evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI-driven tools for testing, defect detection, and quality analysis.

⏺ Oversee defect management: ensure effective identification, tracking, prioritization, and resolution of product issues.

⏺ Define, review, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.

⏺ Partner closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality standards throughout all stages of the SDLC.

⏺ Monitor, analyze, and act on quality metrics to drive continuous product and process improvements.

⏺ Mentor and coach junior and mid-level QC members, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

⏺ Stay current with emerging QC methodologies, automation frameworks, and AI applications to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
