Senior QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary:

Ensure the quality, reliability, security, and release readiness of VinDynamics’ global robotics data marketplace platform, including dataset commerce workflows, payment integration, access control, and platform operations.  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare test strategy, test plan, test cases, regression suite, and UAT checklist based on BRD/user stories. 
• Execute functionality, integration, API, role/access, compatibility, regression, and smoke tests. 
• Manage defect log, severity/prioritization, retest, closure, and release quality status. 
• Support business users during UAT and prepare test summary reports for release sign-off. 
• Coordinate with PO/BA, FE, BE, DevOps, Security, Architect, and VSF to improve product quality. 
  

REQUIREMENT:

Relevant education and experience :

• 4+ years in QA/QC for marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, data platform, API platform, or enterprise web applications. 
• Experience with test planning, functional testing, API testing, regression testing, UAT support, defect tracking, and release sign-off. 
• Strong understanding of test planning, test case creation, bug tracking, regression testing, UAT and live support. 
• Experience testing authentication flows; authorization and payment integrations are highly valued. 
• Experience with automation testing tools is preferred. 

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. 
• Strong knowledge of QA methodology, test case design, bug lifecycle, requirement traceability, API testing tools, and basic SQL. 
• Experience with Jira/TestRail/Postman/Selenium/Cypress or equivalent tools is a plus. 
• Understanding of marketplace flows, payment/subscription, role-based access, admin portal, and data product listing is preferred

• Detail-oriented, persistent, logical, and quality-driven. 
• Able to communicate defects clearly and push for closure. 
• Strong ownership of release quality and user experience.
