SMT Quality Engineer（J53034）

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the analysis and resolution of internal quality anomalies in SMT, and supervise the implementation of corrective actions.
2. Respond rapidly to production line stoppages and major anomalies, formulate countermeasures, and track verification.
3. During the new product pilot-to-mass-production phase, transfer and maintain quality standards, confirm that all preparatory work meets requirements at the start of mass production, monitor yield target achievement, and generate mass production quality reports.
4. Develop and implement quality control plans, and effectively apply process quality statistical tools to drive process yield improvement.
5. Establish, execute, and maintain daily product quality control and process audits on the production line.
6. Handle customer-side anomalies, lead cross-departmental analysis and improvement of customer complaints, and provide effective improvement reports to customers.
7. Establish quality inspection standards and documentation, train inspection personnel, and ensure inspectors possess competent inspection capabilities.
8. Track and verify the results of product and process change implementations.
9. Promote the application of quality tools, design quality activity programs, and vigorously advocate them to drive improvements in quality control.
10. Compile weekly and monthly quality reports, covering IPQC/OQC, in-house quality anomalies, and customer-side VOC/VLRR, etc.
11. Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of quality experience in SMT/DIP PCBA; preference will be given to candidates familiar with monitor motherboards.
2. Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of non-industry experience are also welcome to apply; comprehensive onboarding training, product training, and quality training will be provided after joining, with opportunities to go to China for training and learning.
3. Proficient in Office and Excel, with the ability to independently create improvement documentation and materials.
4. Chinese as working language.
