Conduct quality system assessments and audits during new supplier onboarding and manage related risks.
Lead the new part qualification process (e.g., PPAP), manage project risks, and ensure its timely completion.
Liaise with and manage EMS contract manufacturers and support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality.
Handle quality incidents involving suppliers and contract manufacturers using 8D, PDCA, and other relevant quality analysis tools to ensure effective problem closure and prevent recurrence.
Assist underperforming suppliers with quality improvement initiatives and provide technical quality support.
Summarize lessons learned from supplier incidents, conduct training, and regularly share and apply lessons learned across suppliers to improve supplier performance and SQE capabilities.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Automotive Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with a solid background in EMS (SMT, assembly and testing) processes, NPI, or SQE.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in Vietnamese, English, and Chinese to effectively communicate with local and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
