B2B Marketing Executive (Corporate Training)

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our growth team, you will be at the forefront of Aventis’ outreach strategy, helping us position ourselves as the partner of choice for corporate learning & development .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Demand Creation – Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, digital ads, events) to reach HR leaders, L&D managers, and senior decision-makers
• Market Outreach – Build partnerships and networks by engaging with chambers of commerce, industry associations, and professional bodies.
• Case Studies & Storytelling – Create compelling B2B content including case studies, client success stories, whitepapers, and marketing collaterals to showcase Aventis’ impact.
• Campaign Management – Design, launch, and manage targeted outreach campaigns to nurture prospects and convert them into qualified leads.
• Community & Customer Engagement – Develop initiatives to engage our learner and client community, foster long-term relationships, and enhance customer experience.
• Brand Building – Strengthen Aventis’ visibility as a trusted corporate learning partner through thought leadership, digital presence, and participation in industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within education, training, HR solutions, or professional services.
• Proven ability in lead generation, campaign execution, and sales enablement .
• Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data-driven strategies .
• Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable — thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment .
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting measurable targets.
