We're looking for our first Chief Growth Officer —someone who can transform visibility into reputation, reputation into demand, and demand into sustained growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

It is an opportunity to build a growth engine that will shape the future of an entire education group.

The Opportunity

As Chief Growth Officer, you will work directly with the Group's leadership to define how MSGI is perceived by students, parents, educators, industry and the wider community.

You'll build the strategy that strengthens our brand, drives enrolments, creates exceptional customer experiences and positions our institutions for long-term success.

You'll have the opportunity to build a high-performing team, establish new ways of thinking, and create systems that deliver measurable impact.

Success in this role won't be measured by campaigns or social media posts.

It will be measured by the reputation we build, the trust we earn, the families we inspire, and the students who choose to begin their journey with us.

What You'll Lead

• Develop and execute the Group's long-term growth and brand strategy.
• Drive sustainable admissions growth through integrated demand-generation initiatives.
• Build a distinctive market position for MSGI and its institutions.
• Lead marketing, branding, digital, content, communications, PR and creative functions.
• Transform every institutional event into a strategic brand-building and lead-generation opportunity.
• Oversee CRM, customer journey, website strategy, digital performance and marketing analytics.
• Build dashboards and insights that drive informed, data-led decisions.
• Partner with institutional leaders to showcase academic excellence, student achievements and innovation through compelling storytelling.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team with a culture of innovation, ownership and accountability.
  

Who You Are

You are a builder.

You see possibilities where others see challenges.

You understand that great brands are created through consistent experiences, compelling stories and disciplined execution.

You've built brands, created demand, influenced customer behaviour and delivered measurable business growth.

You think strategically, act decisively and lead with purpose.

You have 12–15+ years of leadership experience in growth, brand, marketing, customer acquisition or commercial leadership.

Experience in education is welcome—but not essential.

We're equally interested in leaders from hospitality, healthcare, retail, technology, aviation, consumer brands, luxury brands or other customer-centric industries who are excited by the opportunity to create meaningful impact through education.
