The Deputy Country Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of the company's marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role works closely with the Country Marketing Manager to oversee day-to-day marketing operations while coordinating with Product, Sales, Operations, Business Development, and Digital teams.
- Assist in developing and executing the annual and quarterly marketing strategy.
- Support country sales targets through effective marketing initiatives.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Recommend innovative marketing campaigns to improve business performance.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across: Digital Marketing Social Media, Email Marketing, Influencer, Marketing Offline Events, Roadshows, Travel Fairs
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign ROI and optimize performance.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Ensure all promotional materials align with corporate branding guidelines.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Optimize website traffic and customer conversion.
- Monitor SEO and SEM performance.
- Work closely with CRM and automation platforms to improve lead nurturing.
- Develop strategies to generate quality leads.
- Improve customer engagement and retention.
- Support loyalty programs and referral campaigns.
- Analyze customer journey and optimize touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Sales team to: Launch new travel packages, Prepare marketing materials, Support promotional campaigns and Increase conversion rates
- Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist in managing the annual marketing budget.
- Monitor marketing expenditures.
- Ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
- Supervise Marketing Executives and Coordinators.
- Coach and mentor junior marketing staff.
- Allocate tasks and monitor project progress.
- Ensure team KPI achievement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze: Lead generation, Conversion rate, Cost per acquisition (CPA),Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Return on Investment (ROI), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
