Discovr AI is building India's first AI-native infrastructure for the Influencer Marketing ecosystem.

We help brands, agencies, and creators run influencer campaigns using AI, automation, data intelligence, and workflow infrastructure.

We're looking for someone who understands how influencer marketing businesses operate and wants to work directly with the Founder to solve strategic, operational, product, and growth challenges.

This is not a traditional Founder's Office role.

You'll be expected to think like a business owner, drive execution across teams, and help scale one of India's fastest-growing AI companies in the creator economy.

What You'll Do

- Act as an extension of the Founder, helping prioritize, manage, and execute key business initiatives.

- Drive cross-functional projects across Product, GTM, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations.

- Conduct market research on Influencer Marketing, Creator Economy, AI, MarTech, and competitors.

- Prepare business reviews, presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.

- Support product development through customer insights, market intelligence, and feedback analysis.

- Help build and execute growth, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives.

- Track key priorities, ensure accountability, and drive execution across teams.

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of experience specifically in Founder's Office role along with Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Product, Growth, or Startup scalability.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- High ownership mindset with attention to detail and bias for action.

Best Fit

- Experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Economy, SaaS, MarTech, AI businesses.
