Growth Associate - GTM

Dreamspan is on a mission to extend human healthspan, starting with better sleep. We've built the world's most advanced sleep system, and we're looking for a growth operator to help us build one of the most loved consumer health brands.

What you'll do :

• Own how Dreamspan reaches people—channels, campaigns, creators and content.
• Execute growth experiments across organic, community and paid channels.
• Grow Dreamspan through Reddit, X, creators, partnerships and other unconventional acquisition channels.
• Build partnerships, referral programs and content-led growth.
• Turn insights into experiments.

Who you are :

• Worked at a high-growth consumer startup (D2C, SaaS or consumer tech).
• You've built and scaled at least one meaningful acquisition channel from scratch.
• You've executed across multiple growth levers—UGC, creators, referrals, communities, lifecycle, partnerships, SEO, content or performance marketing.
• High agency: you ship without waiting for permission.
• You move fast, have great taste, and understand how consumer brands grow on the internet. Comfortable using AI to move faster.
