Growth Manager

Role vision

We’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Growth Manager to take ownership of the growth of our own portfolio of digital products, including games and SaaS products.

You will be responsible for finding creative ways to help people discover our products and communities. This will include creating content, running advertising campaigns, and building partnerships.

This is a high-growth role with the opportunity to become a senior leader responsible for the growth function across our product portfolio.

High-level responsibilities

• Take ownership of the growth strategy for our own portfolio of games and SaaS products.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across organic, community, partnership, and emerging channels.
• Craft growth plans for individual products based on their target audiences, business models and stages of development.
• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of growth strategies.
• Work closely with Product and Development to ensure acquisition efforts translate into actual user activation, engagement and retention.
• Create and publish social media content across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X, etc. as well as communities such as Discord and Reddit.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns.

Skills and experience required

• 1+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing or a closely related role.
• Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Desired but not essential – experience growing a gaming or SaaS product/knowledge or passion for the gaming industry.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role falls between Rp4–7 juta per month depending on experience .
