Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-ownership Growth Manager – Special Projects to drive growth and revenue across strategic new initiatives. The role will initially focus on scaling Pilates revenue and driving B2C ticket sales for events, with the opportunity to take on additional high-impact business projects.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen and the ability to independently take an initiative from identifying the opportunity to building the strategy, executing with multiple teams and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Pilates Revenue Planning & Delivery

  • Own revenue and growth targets for the Pilates business.
  • Drive subscription growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase.
  • Identify the highest-potential customer segments, demand opportunities, and growth levers.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, offers, communication, and acquisition strategies to drive revenue.
  • Work with relevant teams to execute initiatives, diagnose performance gaps and course-correct when required.

2. B2C Events & Ticket Sales

  • Own ticket-sales revenue and sell-through targets for events.
  • Build the end-to-end ticket-sales funnel, from demand generation and audience targeting to conversion and repeat participation where relevant.
  • Define event-specific customer segments, positioning, communication, pricing, offers, and channel strategy.
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives across CRM, partnerships, app, website, social, promotions and digital acquisition, working closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, Partnerships and Event Operations to deliver successful launches and maximize ticket sales.

3. Analytics, Forecasting & Insights

  • Analyse customer, funnel, centre, and revenue data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Build business cases, revenue forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Track key metrics including acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue, customer-acquisition cost.
  • Evaluate ROI of growth initiatives to inform investment decisions.
  • Present insights, performance updates, and recommendations to senior leadership.

4. Cross-functional Execution

  • Partner closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Tech, Product, Creative, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and other relevant teams.
  • Drive initiatives end-to-end, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, decisions, and accountability.
  • Identify and remove execution roadblocks to ensure growth plans move quickly.
  • Build strong cross-functional alignment and ensure initiatives translate from strategy into measurable outcomes.

5. Special Projects

  • Take ownership of high-priority, ambiguous growth and business problems beyond the initial Pilates and events charters.
  • Develop strategies, business cases and execution plans for new offerings and strategic initiatives.
  • Launch, test, and scale new initiatives from pilot stage to measurable business impact.


Desired qualifications/skills:

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, revenue, category management, business strategy, consumer internet, D2C, or a related consumer business.
  • Proven track record of owning a business or growth metric and delivering measurable revenue or commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion, retention, monetization, pricing, packaging, and channel strategy.
  • Ability to identify the right target audience and develop effective propositions, communication, offers, and go-to-market plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to use data to build revenue plans, diagnose performance, and make sound commercial decisions.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics, CAC and ROI of growth initiatives.
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, with a strong bias towards action, experimentation and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, events or another consumer-facing business is a plus.
  • An MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
