JOB DESCRIPTION

About Endowus

Endowus is an award-winning, independent fee-only wealth platform licensed in Singapore (MAS 101051) and Hong Kong (SFC BQR225). We serve over 300,000 clients—individuals, family offices, charities, and institutions—with over US$12 billion in assets under advice.

Our mission: help people invest better so they can live easier today, and better tomorrow. Today, we work with 100+ global leading asset managers across major asset classes – public markets, private markets, hedge funds and alternatives – and make it our job to assess and access their Best-in-Class funds, and advise clients on how to invest in these funds to reach their goals.

The team has deep domain knowledge in finance and technology, bringing together decades of experience from various banks and tech companies. We treasure our diversity in background and experience, and we look for people who share these beliefs in our mission.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate who is eager to experience what it takes to be a full-funnel marketer. You will work across the entire journey—from the ad that first catches a client's eye to the lifecycle campaign that keeps them investing. This is a hands-on, high ownership role, where you will help to build, ship, and measure the campaigns that bring new clients to Endowus and deepen the relationship with existing ones.

In this role, you'll manage real budgets and communicate with hundreds of thousands of clients primarily in our Singapore market, while also supporting our Hong Kong initiatives. This offers a unique opportunity to gain regional exposure across two of APAC's most important wealth markets, all within a regulated environment.

It’s an exciting time to be a marketer in the age of AI. We're hiring for how you think, not the tools you already know. Working with AI is a given here–Endowus moves fast on adopting new tools, and this role gives you room to explore them. We’re looking for someone who knows which problem is worth solving, asking the sharper question, reading data with a keen eye, and seeing the whole funnel as one system.

What You'll Do

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Identify the right audience, the right moment, and the right message, then bring it to life across EDMs, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You'll run promotional campaigns and lifecycle strategies that nurture clients through their investment journey, and meaningfully contribute to how we grow lasting client relationships.
  • Paid Acquisition: Go deep on the digital channels that drive acquisition (Meta, Reddit, Google, and beyond), building audiences and ad-group setup, running creative tests, optimising CAC and budget utilisation. You'll learn how to acquire clients efficiently at scale and see the direct impact of your decisions on how Endowus grows our client base.
  • Collaborate with Cross Business Units: Work hand in hand with teams across Endowus (Product, Data, Client Advisory, and the Investment Office) to craft seamless, engaging customer journeys. It's a great opportunity to learn how each part of the business fits together and understand the full picture of how a wealth platform works.

Where This Role Grows

As you master execution and build judgment on what moves our metrics, the role can gradually expand to include strategy: owning channel mix and designing lifecycle and cohort journeys, moving from reporting into experimentation, and partnering with product and data on the growth roadmap. We will map this progression with you explicitly, with clear milestones.

What You'll Bring

The Must-Haves

  • Sharp Problem Framing: You instinctively ask the question behind the question. Before executing, you can tell whether a brief is solving the right problem, and you reframe it when it isn't.
  • Data Judgment and Skepticism: You don't just read a dashboard, you interrogate it. You can compute and interpret data points, and expand on the “so what” next steps from the data.
  • Systems Thinking: You see the funnel as one connected system, not a stack of separate channels. You understand how a change in acquisition ripples into lifecycle, data, and cost, and you optimise for the whole rather than a single box.
  • AI-Native Leverage: You use AI and modern tooling to move faster and go deeper, treating them as a force multiplier in your work. You'd rather learn a new tool in a week than lean on one you already know.
  • Execution Rigour: You pair systems thinking with real operational discipline. In a regulated environment where a wrong send reaches hundreds of thousands of clients and money moves, you sweat the details that matter and ship clean, accountable work.
  • Clear Cross-Functional Communicator: You work and collaborate well across content, design, product, compliance, and external vendors, and can explain your reasoning and results simply.

The Nice-to-Haves

  • 1 to 3 years in growth, performance, CRM, or lifecycle marketing (strong internship experience counts). We care more about how you think than which platforms you've touched.
  • Familiarity with paid platforms (Meta, Google, Reddit), an MMP (Adjust/AppsFlyer), a CRM/lifecycle tool (Braze or similar), or product analytics (Amplitude, SQL query)—or the demonstrated ability to ramp on any of them fast.
  • Exposure to HTML/email build, Webflow, or Figma.
  • Interest in fintech, investing, or wealth management, and a strong aptitude for growing into a strategic growth role.

How We Work and How We Hire

We are building an AI-native growth team. We assume the mechanics of execution will keep getting more efficient, so we hire for the things that don't: judgment, curiosity, and the ability to think in systems. Our interview process will reflect this. Rather than quizzing you on tools, we will give you messy, real-world scenarios and watch how you frame it, what you ask, and how you sanity-check the data. Come ready to think out loud, not to recite your experience based on existing systems and tools.
