Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to help grow our service businesses through digital marketing and lead generation.

What You'll Do

• Drive lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & Social Media.
• Plan and execute high-performing marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies for graphic design, video production, video editing, and AI-generated videos.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook.
• Track and improve KPIs like CPL, ROI, website traffic, and conversions.
• Explore and implement new growth strategies and marketing channels.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
• Ability to demonstrate campaign results and lead generation performance.
• Fast execution mindset with a data-driven approach.
