About the Role


Park’ɴNest is a young and fast-growing B2B2C startup focused on the residential storage solutions market in the United States, starting in Florida, the nation’s largest residential market.


We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing & Operations Lead to help manage and improve the systems behind our sales, lead generation, CRM, marketing campaigns, and daily marketing operations.


This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate can manage existing systems while identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.


This is an international remote position. Candidates based in the Philippines, South Africa, Argentina, Colombia, Romania, Serbia, and other strong international talent markets are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be able to maintain consistent working-hour overlap with our Florida-based team.


Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, monitor, and measure growth marketing campaigns across channels such as cold email, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage lead generation workflows, including data cleaning, verification, organization, and duplicate removal.
  • Manage and maintain sales lead lists, CRM records, databases, tagging, pipelines, and backend processes.
  • Manage and monitor tools such as GoHighLevel, Instantly, Google Sheets, Excel, and other sales and marketing platforms.
  • Track leads, replies, booked calls, opportunities, follow-ups, campaign performance, and sales activity.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, categorized, and up-to-date lead data.
  • Create reports covering sales performance, lead sources, campaign results, pipeline activity, and team output.
  • mprove backend workflows, SOPs, task tracking, data organization, and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, lead generation, and management teams.
  • Monitor backend tasks and ensure records, reports, and workflows are accurate and properly maintained.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the organization and efficiency of sales and marketing operations.
  • Bring new ideas and practical solutions to improve systems, workflows, and processes.


Requirements:

  • Currently based outside the United States.
  • Able to maintain at least four hours of consistent overlap with Eastern Time business hours.
  • Strong experience in growth marketing, sales operations, CRM management, or lead generation operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, databases, pipelines, and reporting.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Instantly, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data and workflows.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Able to take ownership, solve problems, manage priorities, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with cold email campaigns, lead sourcing, data enrichment, data verification, or sales automation is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has previous experience working in a startup, growing business, or fast-paced environment.
  • Has experience as a business owner, startup founder, or operations lead. This is a strong plus.
  • Has experience with data scraping, lead sourcing, data enrichment, and building accurate prospect lists.
  • Can take ownership of marketing and sales operations.
  • Can manage systems, maintain clean data, support reporting, organize workflows, and improve processes.
  • Is proactive and able to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Can work independently while communicating effectively with the team.
  • Understands how to keep the systems and processes behind a sales organization organized, accurate, and efficient.
