Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business teams to translate operational insights into product improvements, feature enhancements, and growth initiatives.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends, user needs, and new growth opportunities.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor strategies, continuously optimize operational approaches, and develop innovative growth models to strengthen product competitiveness.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in growth operations, product operations, or user operations within the Web3, fintech, or trading industry.
Strong understanding of copy trading products, trading user behaviors, and user growth strategies.
Established network within the Web3 ecosystem, including experience managing KOLs, communities, or strategic partnerships.
Proven ability to design and execute growth campaigns with measurable business impact.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from user data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
