JOB DESCRIPTION
Animal Feed Ingredients | Fishmeal & Animal Protein Meals
I am currently supporting a company in recruiting three Sales & Customer Service Executives with relevant experience in animal feed ingredients.
This position will manage existing customer relationships, coordinate orders and deliveries, monitor receivables, and develop new B2B customers.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and approach new customers in animal feed, aquaculture, farms, manufacturing and related industries.
• Provide product information, quotations and commercial terms.
• Receive and monitor orders from quotation and confirmation through delivery and payment.
• Coordinate closely with the Warehouse, Accounting, Purchasing and Import–Export teams.
• Follow up on delivery schedules, invoices, payment terms and customer receivables.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues related to product quantity, quality, delivery or documentation.
• Monitor market prices, supply, customer demand and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales, order, customer and receivables reports.
• Communicate and report directly to the foreign General Director in English.
• At least four years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support or Sales Administration.
• Direct experience in one or more of the following areas:
– Fishmeal
– Rendered animal protein meals
– Animal feed ingredients
– Other raw-material businesses with similar B2B customers and trading activities
• Practical knowledge of the relevant products, customers, pricing and market.
• Experience working with factories, distributors, agents or other business customers.
• Experience managing orders, deliveries, invoices and customer receivables.
• Good English communication skills for meetings, reports, emails, quotations and contracts.
• Strong customer-service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel and office-software skills. Experience with ERP, CRM or sales-management systems is an advantage.
