JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Jewelry Sales Manager
Base Salary: $3,200 + Commission (NO KPI)
Expected Monthly Earnings: $4,000 - $5,000+ (Based on Performance)
Location: Orchard
Work Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Monthly Rest Days: 8
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily jewelry sales and provide professional product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support daily store operations
- Maintain attractive product displays and uphold brand presentation standards
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Jewelry Sales Manager or in a similar senior jewelry retail role
- Strong product knowledge of gold, diamonds, K-gold, and colored gemstones
- Existing customer network or client portfolio is an advantage
- Fluent in English with strong sales and communication skills
- Strong leadership, customer relationship management, and closing skills
- Professional, service-oriented, and results-driven
- Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
