Manager - Outbound Demand Generation (B2B / ABM)

The Role

You'll build our outbound engine from scratch — pick the plants worth winning, get past the gatekeeper to the person who signs off on safety, and turn cold into real pipeline.

Inbound brings us volume; outbound is how we win the high-value accounts. This seat owns that.

Six months with your hands on the tools, then you build the team.

What you'll own, end to end

• Build the outbound engine end to end — ICP, data + AI stack, cold email / LinkedIn / WhatsApp ABM sequences.
  
• Own our must-win national account list — map the plants, reach the safety / EHS procurement decision-makers, run personalised sequences.
  
• Create qualified opportunities every month and hand them to our qualification team; deliver outbound-sourced gross profit.
  
• Recruit international channel partners, Gulf-first.
  
• Automate with AI wherever it removes manual work.
  

Requirements

What you'll bring

• 3+ years personally running B2B outbound demand generation — you built it, you didn't just brief an agency.
  
• A first-hand pipeline number you can name (reply → meeting → qualified).
  
• Prospecting-data + AI tool fluency (Apollo / Lusha / Sales Navigator / similar); CRM discipline.
  
• Industrial / long-cycle B2B exposure preferred; ambition to build and lead a team.
