JOB DESCRIPTION
You are the engine of the client accounts you sit on.
You build the content calendars, write the copy, coordinate the shoots, manage the communities, and pull the numbers that tell us whether any of it worked.
You will be on client sites regularly, capturing content on a Friday night at a venue, running a shoot on a Tuesday morning.
If you want a role where you learn the whole craft rather than one slice of it, this is that role.

Track live trends across platforms and propose those that genuinely fit a client's brand pillars
Capture real-time short-form content on site at client venues during peak periods and events
Compile performance data into clear monthly reports with observations, not just figures

Working knowledge of Meta and TikTok as platforms , not just as a user, but as an operator
Organised under pressure, with the discipline to juggle several accounts without dropping detail
Comfortable being on camera duty at a venue on a Saturday night, and equally comfortable in a client meeting on Monday

Time off in lieu for event and weekend coverage
