JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Lead — MYOH

www.myohamerica.com

Hybrid/On-site, Neemrana, Rajasthan · Full-time

About MYOH

MYOH is a North American premium, design-led home and architectural hardware brand — handles, fittings, and objects where precision engineering meets real craft. Backed by our own fully integrated manufacturing facility in India (CNC machining, casting, plating, powder coating, and artisanal finishing all under one roof), we make hardware that architects, interior designers, and discerning homeowners actually notice and specify.

Now we're opening a bold new chapter — relaunching the brand and expanding into new categories — and building our marketing to take MYOH to the world.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to own marketing end-to-end for a growing premium brand and shape it from the ground up. You'll build the brand voice, the content engine, the campaigns, and the launches that introduce our new categories to the world.

You'll be genuinely hands-on across all of it — brand, content, graphics direction, and performance — with direct access to leadership. If you're a self-starter who wants to put your fingerprints on everything and grow into leading a team as we scale, this is that role.

What You'll Own

  • Brand & storytelling: Define and protect MYOH's voice, look, and positioning across every touchpoint as we relaunch.
  • Content engine: Plan and produce content across Instagram, LinkedIn, website, email, and video/photo — turning beautiful products and craft into a story people follow.
  • Campaigns & growth: Run integrated campaigns (organic + paid) that build awareness and generate qualified leads among architects, interior designers, distributors, and premium buyers.
  • Product & launch marketing: Bring the relaunch and new collections and categories to market with launches that land.
  • Partnerships & PR: Build relationships with designers, publications, and collaborators across North America and India to grow MYOH's reputation.
  • Performance: Own the metrics — reach, engagement, leads, and conversion — and use them to sharpen what we do next.
  • Build the foundation: Create the marketing systems and playbooks that scale — hands-on now, then hire and lead a team as we grow.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally with a premium, design, lifestyle, interiors, architecture, or D2C brand.
  • A strong portfolio of content and campaigns you've personally shaped — we want to see the work.
  • Genuine taste and a sharp eye for design, aesthetics, and detail. You instinctively know what "premium" looks and feels like.
  • Full-funnel range: comfortable with brand and content, but also fluent in performance basics (Meta/Google ads, analytics, email).
  • A true self-starter who's happy writing the caption, briefing the shoot, directing the design, and reading the numbers.
  • Resourceful with freelancers and AI tools to punch above your weight.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in English.
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field — or a track record that speaks louder than one.

Why Join MYOH

  • Build a brand, not just run one. You'll define MYOH's marketing at the start of a new chapter and grow with it into a bigger leadership seat.
  • A brand with global ambition. A North American brand, made in India, expanding into new categories — a rare growth story to be part of.
  • Product you'll be proud of. Genuinely beautiful, high-craft hardware — the kind of product that makes marketing a joy.
  • End-to-end access. With manufacturing in-house, you can tell real stories about how things are made — from raw metal to finished piece.
  • Ownership and autonomy. Direct access to leadership, fast decisions, and real influence over the brand's direction.
