About the Role
As Marketing Technology Manager, you are the owner of our marketing technology stack — HubSpot, 6sense, and their integration with CRM and the wider data estate. You design how the system works: lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing, data model and hygiene, reusable templates and workflows, integrations, governance and permissions. Colleagues in Singapore and Europe then build and launch individual campaigns on the foundation you maintain.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpotownership — architect lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring and routing rules, list logic, and the shared template and module library that campaign builders work from.
- Standards and governance — define and enforce naming conventions, UTM taxonomy, form and property governance, and the permission model so downstream reporting is trustworthy.
- 6senseand ABM — own account and intent models, segment definitions, audience syndication, and the orchestration rules linking intent signals to campaign and sales action.
- CRM integration — own field mapping, sync logic, deduplication, and the definition of a clean record across HubSpot, CRM and connected systems.
- Data quality — set measurable data-hygiene standards and holds the stack to them.
- Reporting and attribution — build a single source of truth for campaign, channel and pipeline performance; own the attribution model and make its assumptions explicit.
- AI adoption — lead practical AI deployment across marketing operations, content work flows, data enrichment and reporting, with a bias toward shipped improvements over experiments.
- Compliance— maintain deliverability, consent and data-privacy compliance across regions, including GDPR.
Requirements
- 5–8years in marketing operations or marketing technology, in B2B with a considered, technical sales cycle.
- Deep hands-on HubSpot experience — architected workflows and scoring models, not just executed campaigns inside someone else's setup.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce: the data model across leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and campaigns, how records flow to and from a marketing automation platform, and where that sync typically breaks.
- Practical experience with the data problems CRM integration creates — sync conflicts, duplicate records, lead conversion edge cases, field ownership disputes, and reports that disagree with each other.
- Fluency with marketing data: can build the reporting personally, interrogate an attribution model, and explain what it does and doesn't prove.
Good to Have (Plus Points)
- Understanding of AEO / GEO (Answer Engine Optimization / Generative Engine Optimization), optimizing content for visibility in AI-powered search and chat assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, AI Overviews)
- Hands-on experience with 6sense (ABM tool)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or familiarity with web development workflows
