JOB DESCRIPTION

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to run the growth engine from the ground up across a house of brands and products. This role would be setting up campaigns, paid ads, cold outbound, SEO, and the content that feeds them. You'll be measured on business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

You'll work directly with the founders, with full creative freedom and AI-first tooling. You'll get to architect strategy, run campaigns, coordinate with agencies, and shape how multiple businesses show up in the world.

If you're a performance marketer who wants to build, not just execute — this is the role.

We're an early-stage team building a house of B2B brands and products at the intersection of AI and industry. The right candidate will get exposure to varied problem spaces, customer types, and creative challenges — far more than any single-brand role would offer.

We ship fast, think deeply, and care about craft. We're small, ambitious, and building.

What you'll own

  • Paid ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — full ownership of setup, creative, budget, and optimisation
  • Cold outbound and email — sequences that generate qualified pipeline
  • SEO and content-led inbound — building the compounding channel
  • Performance content — ad copy, landing pages, sequences, lead magnets
  • Full funnel — traffic through conversion, with clean analytics and attribution
  • Business metrics — CAC, LTV, payback, cohorts. You think in these, not around them.

What we're looking for

Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Deep, real-money experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong copy chops — you can write ads, landing pages, and sequences that convert
  • Fluent in CAC, LTV, payback, and channel economics
  • Uses AI as a close ally in daily work
  • Hungry to grow into strategy and storytelling over time

We care about skills over credentials. What matters is what you've built and how you think.
