Job Description

Elitez & Associates Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing campaigns, optimize paid media performance, and drive customer acquisition through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns.
• Manage SEM, social media advertising, and paid digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Analyze marketing data and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize advertising budgets and campaign strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations.
• Work with internal teams to achieve business and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics.
• Good understanding of ROI, conversion rates, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project-management abilities.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
