Job Title : Product Operations Manager
What You Will Do
- Identify user needs and growth opportunities through user feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and major game launches.
- Develop user growth strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention, referral, and monetization.
- Explore and execute growth campaigns, promotional mechanics, referral programs, and user incentives.
- Grow global user communities, monitor user sentiment, and turn feedback into product and operational improvements.
- Lead partnerships with game publishers, platforms, creators, and other industry partners, including co-marketing, player benefits, game launch campaigns, and product integrations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Community teams to deliver, evaluate, and optimize growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth operations, game operations, or a related field.
- Strong user insight and market awareness, with hands-on experience in growth strategies, campaigns, user incentives, or community operations.
- Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to independently drive projects from idea to delivery.
- Solid analytical, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English as you will use Mandarin to communication stakeholders in China.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about mobile games and the global gaming industry.
