About The Accelerator
We rapidly nurture successful businesses and services that will shape the future of assurance. The Accelerator operates a portfolio of units undergoing significant growth, chiefly through acquisitions and partnerships. The Accelerator acts as a greenhouse for a strategically selected portfolio of businesses, each of which serves different industries and markets. The portfolio benefits from dedicated support to rapidly grow through organic means, as well as through acquisitions and partnerships. Three business units were housed in the Accelerator in 2022: Cyber Security, Digital Health, and Inspection.
About The Role
This role requires a combination of strong business development skills, customer engagement capabilities, and practical project management experience. The candidate will work closely with technical experts, global business units, and customers to deliver value-added services and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in Cybersecurity, Digitalization, and related assurance services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Maritime and Energy industries.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Conduct customer meetings, presentations, workshops, and business negotiations.

Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify market opportunities and develop new service offerings.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to Cybersecurity and Digitalization services.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and customer expectations.

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Assist in resource planning and project reporting activities.

Manage customer communication throughout project execution and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
About you
-
Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or project management.

Experience working with customers in the Maritime, Offshore, Energy, Industrial, or related sectors.

Familiarity with Cybersecurity, Digitalization, Automation, or Industrial Control Systems is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of customer engagement, contract negotiation, and solution selling.

Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery follow-up.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally. Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
