Sales Administrator (Redhill/PO & DO exp/5days)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Singaporean only
8-month maternity cover
Start from October onwards
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the Sales Engineer.
Prepare and process quotations, POs, DOs and invoices.
Assist with shipment arrangements and follow-ups.
Handle customer receivables and supplier payables.
Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Perform other ad hoc administrative and sales support duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration or related roles.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience in handling quotations, POs, DOs and invoices will be an advantage
