Premium Sales Executive – Membership & Partnerships

📍 Location: Lucknow

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive membership sales and customer acquisition

• Build relationships with premium customers, families and communities

• Generate leads through societies, referrals, events, partnerships and direct outreach

• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solutions

• Handle objections, negotiate and confidently close sales

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Develop strategic relationships with residential societies, communities and local partners

• Generate repeat business and customer referrals

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

• Maintain accurate sales reports and follow-up records

• Work closely with the Founder & Leadership Team to drive growth

You should have:

✓ Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience

✓ Strong convincing, negotiation and closing abilities

✓ Professional personality and presentation

✓ Ability to handle customer meetings independently

✓ Comfortable with field sales and business development

✓ Experience in premium customer sales, real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, consumer services, beauty & wellness or similar sectors will be an advantage
