Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a confident personality, and experience in handling customers and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain regular communication with customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales calling, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
• Experience in a spiritual, astrology, wellness, religious, or related industry will be an added advantage.
