Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executives to join a leading sports job platform and help expand our network of sports organisations, academies, schools, clubs, fitness companies, sports-tech companies, and other businesses operating in the sports industry.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, comfortable with business development, and excited about contributing to the growth of the sports industry.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or client acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in making calls and communicating with decision-makers.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and basic digital platforms.
Prior experience in the sports, education, fitness, recruitment, sports-tech, or related industries will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, ambitious, persistent, and passionate about sales and the sports industry. If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and converting opportunities into business, this role could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential employers and organisations in the sports industry.
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Introduce the platform's recruitment and hiring solutions to prospective clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable platform solutions.
Onboard new sports organisations and employers to the platform.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat hiring.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Stay updated on sports-industry hiring trends and identify new business opportunities.
