Company Description Compezz Solutions Private Limited is a Indian Reg-Tech Startup having a Global Compliance Management Tool named as 'Corplico'. The company has offices in Jaipur, Vadodara and Anand.

Role Description This is a full-time, Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and promote Corplico. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating terms in coordination with internal teams. The role involves maintaining sales records, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and market feedback to management. The Sales Manager will work closely with Promoters to ensure that client expectations are properly set and product's delivery is aligned with commitments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess client relationship and communication skills, such as active listening, presentation abilities, and professional negotiation.
• Candidates should possess basic tech and SAAS knowledge or interest.
• Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and accurate documentation.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master's degree in Sales / Marketing is preferred.
• Prior experience in SAAS or Software sales is beneficial.
• Role requires Work from Home in Ahmedabad and required to have in-person meetings with Clients across various geographies and require a weekly visit to Compezz's Vadodara Office.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
