Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage key accounts and lead the sales team in Singapore’s B2B technology market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross-profit targets.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Develop new customers, channel partners and business opportunities.
• Manage key accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, resellers and system integrators.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Technical, Operations and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B technology sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
• Experience in IT distribution, cybersecurity, networking, cloud or infrastructure is preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Good command of English and strong interpersonal skills.
