Sales Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our custom CNC machining capabilities. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring that our CNC machines are utilized to their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in our industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs and presenting our machining solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
