Sales Manager

Sales Manager — Domestic Market | Male | Lumina Tile LLP | Rajkot

We’re an export house shipping porcelain and ceramic tiles to 23+ countries. We’re now building our domestic India business from the ground up and you’ll be the first hire on that team.

This isn’t a role where you inherit a territory. You build it.

What you’ll do

* Open a new dealer and distributor relationships across North, Central and East India starting with Jaipur, Indore, Delhi NCR, Pune, Zirakpur and Lucknow

* Handle the full cycle: prospecting, design and rate presentation, negotiation, order booking, dispatch coordination and collections

* Maintain the pipeline in CRM with genuine discipline

* Work directly with the founder on pricing, territory strategy and design selection

* Hire, train and lead the sales team as we scale — this role becomes a team leadership role within 6 months, and we want someone who wants that.

What we’re looking for

* 1–3 years in domestic tile sales ceramic or vitrified. Ceramic industry experience strongly preferred

* Fluent Gujarati and Hindi; working English

* Comfortable travelling across India

* Someone who moves fast, follows up relentlessly, and closes

Why this role

You’re joining at the start, not the middle. The dealer network you build is the network you’ll later run a team on. We move quickly, decisions don’t sit in approval queues, and you’ll work alongside the founder daily.

Based at our Rajkot office. Compensation is competitive and performance-linked we’d rather discuss it openly than post a range that fits nobody.
