We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Omni HR. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's sales objectives
• Set sales targets and motivate team members to meet and exceed them
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
• Continuously review and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Manage and build relationships with key clients and partners
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new products/services to provide valuable insights to team members
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to support sales efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards success
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and techniques
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
