• Sales strategy and business planning capability.
• Establish sales and profit targets aligned with the Board of Directors' overall vision.
• Develop growth policies and manage distribution networks.
• Identify, engage and build partnerships with new distributors.
• Build and manage operational budgets, and business expenses.
• Building, training and development a high-performing sales & marketing team.
• Proactively connect and collaborate with other departments at the factory.

• Yêu cầu công việc:
• Graduated from University.
• Proficient in Japanese or/and English.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales and/or distributor channel management.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Ability to provide clear direction and lead the organization.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Direct experience working with Japanese managers is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in OEM manufacturing and new product development is preferred.
• Prior experience working in Japanese companies is preferred.
