Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. (Graduate/ Post Graduate)

Role and Responsibilities

Role Description The Sales Officer involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting passenger elevator solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The specialist will support marketing activities, follow-ups, and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the region. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in industrial, construction, or elevator-related sectors.
• Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and build relationships with Architects, Interiors, Builders and local customers.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets) are beneficial.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team structure.
