💼 Position: Sales Officer (SO)

💰 Fixed Salary

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) & Kirana/SME merchants.

• Drive daily loan files & disbursals through field visits.

• Deliver monthly target.

🎯 Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in field sales (DSA management, Microfinance, Telecom, FMCG, or Retail Loans preferred).

• Own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• High energetic ground hustler with good local geography knowledge.
