- Handling of Distributors in respective areas
- Working closely with distributors for customer conversion and engagement of Bodyshop customer
- Engagement with OEM Regional Teams
- Responsible for Customer training program
- Working on expansion of retail business in assigned territory
- Monitoring and Hand holding off roll Staff for daily activity & lead generation
- Forecasting, Business Planning and Marketing
- Channel Expansion
- Ensure Commercial Policy is followed by the distributor
