📌 Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and distribution across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, painters, contractors and key customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, volume and distribution targets.
• Develop new dealers/retailers and expand market coverage.
• Ensure product availability, stock movement and timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor pricing, schemes and activities.
• Manage orders, collections, outstanding payments and distributor performance.
• Implement sales schemes, promotions and new product launches.
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatches, inventory and customer issues.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
