- Drive sales by engaging potential users through cold calling and online meetings .
- Interact directly with job seekers to understand their profiles, career aspirations, and job preferences.
- Guide candidates through the features and benefits of our AI-powered interview platform.
- Assist candidates in matching with relevant job opportunities aligned with their skills and career goals.
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the candidate's hiring journey.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute towards customer retention and product improvement initiatives.

✔ Exceptional spoken communication skills
✔ Customer-first mindset with empathy and relationship-building abilities
✔ Target-oriented and performance-driven attitude
✔ Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Word, CRM tools, and computer fundamentals
✔ Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
